Nothing new to report on this am. Still watching the 3 low float plays I have posted on in the past few weeks. NYER and AATK finding a little life right now. I look for this to move well through the end of November and all of December.

AATK finally above $2

It has taken some time but AATK has finally busted through the $2 barrier. Look for this move to continue. I am looking for this one to hit a new 52 week high ($2.75) before year end. The fundamentals are in place, record revenues, and now a nice breakout on the chart.

Follow up on WYDY

Still extremely positive on WYDY. This small company may be the next Hansen(symbol HANS) in the making. Their energy drink, Who's Your Daddy "King of Energy" is gaining some momentum across the country, and the drink has yet to hit the stores. I am looking for some purchase orders out of the company very soon. Namely from Circle K, Harps grocery chain, and eventually Sam' Club.

Needless to mention, the have a car running on the Nascar Busch Series. This brings much needed attention and a loyal customer base. I am a buyer all day long in the low $1s.

New Position in PPTV

Opening a new position in PPTV this am at the $1.50 area. This stock took a major run last week to the $4 level, and has since retraced back to the mid $1 area. The company will be one of the nlow float plays we expect to move once again during the month of December. The float is less than 2 million.

AATK-prior pick

One of our prior picks, AATK, has been trading well lately. The stock has traded over 350,ooo shares over the past 4-5 days. Nice accumulation occuring after they released earnings. This company is about to break out to the upside, and I expect this to happen before year end.

AATK also fits into our low float stock category with only 7 million shares outstanding. I still expect AATK to be acquired.

What to watch-Low Float stocks

The year end tends to be a great time for the low float stocks to take off. Look for stocks with shares outstanding to be 10 million or less. If the company is profitable , that is a bonus. The week of Thanksgiving, and the week between Christmas and New Year, are especially good times for these stocks. I will post a list later today or Tuesday.

I wanted to begin by saying sorry about the delay since the last post. With quarter end happening and the holidays, we had pared down out trades.

Now, for our new pick. We will be initiating a new short position in BCRX this am. What a run. The stock is parabolic from the $10 level. The company now trades at a $440 million market cap on an amazing $330,ooo in revenue. They have several drugs in the pipeline, but nothing to support this crazy valuation. The stock has been run up on the Bird Flu craze. I expect the Bird Flu daily media blasting to slow over the next week or so, and this stock to retrace to a $12 handle easily.

Insiders are dumping like crazy. Do you think they know better than us? Of course.

NYER with activity

NYER finally getting some volume. Traded as high as $3.05 today. Their 10K should be out Wednesday or Thursday. Looking for several PRs along with this to help generate interest in this company.

Hearing Mr. Nyer, the founder, is finall stepping down. This should bring buyers in as he has pushed away the shareholder base with his actions.

NTES showing some signs of weakening

OIH- All shorts covered now for a good profit in this short. I would imaging now the Hurricane Rita did much less damaged than anticipated the market may be in for a relief rally. I still see oil lower this year

XCYT- Opened a position in XCYT due to cash balance and a contrarian play to Wall Street's thinking. Nice little gain thus far but I am looking for a double here.

NYER- Looking for their 10K this week and a strong move out of this one.

ODMO- Nibbling here and there in the $1.50 area. Very hard to buy here. I believe we are send quarter ending window dressing by venture capital firms and small funds. Looking for $3+ by end of December

New Position-XCYT

Opening a new position in XCYT. Microcap company trading significantly below their cash levels. Company has hired advisors to sell the company. Why is it trading at levels so far below cash? XCYT has a series of Preferred shares that are first in line to receive cash upon liquidation. The remaining cash is then spun off to common shareholders. The street is expecting this to happen. I do not. I expect XCYT to be bought or do a reverse merger with another company. If this happens, the Preferred shareholders do not receive the cash, but will be issued a new series of Preferred shares. If this occurs, I expect XCYT to trade back to cash levels, or the $1.20 level.

WYDY- Finally found some buyers today to lift it to a $1.oo close. The stock is still much too cheap here imo. The stock has been brought down by a "Bear raid" imo due to a financing deal I am expecting to be announced within the next 2 weeks. This should lift the stock back to the $1.50 level easily

OIH- Keeping the initioal short position open. Still looking for $118.oo. Made some good money on the position opened and closed today

NYER- Not much volume. Expecting their 10K out anyday. I am looking for this stock to pop hard on their earnings and forward comments. Very low float stock ready to explode.

AATK- Nothing but great news out of this company and it has not found buyers yet. Patience here. Looking for an ~Oct 10th preliminary numbers release. I am expecting the company to post earnings of $.03 for the 3rd Qtr.

The AATK chart is very ntempting at the $2 level. This stock needs volume, >300,000 shares traded to move it past this stubborn $2 level and into new territory for good.

The fundamentals on this company are excellent. Revenue growing nicely, clean balance sheet and a profitable company. We are looking for $3.75+ on this on easily by years end.

AATK set to profit from rebuild

American Access technology, , AATK , looks set to benefit from the telecom rebuild from the recent disasters in New Orleans and Biloxi.

AATK is a small telecom supplier for products dealing with zone cabling. Recent telecom standarad passed by the TIA call for AATK's products to be installed in new commercial/educational/ and gov't buildings. This recent standard was just passed this year.

With a small float and shares outstanding, this stock should be set for an easy double from here.

Small short on SYNM

Again, this is not the typical post here, but these alternate enegry stocks are going crazy. Many of these will not be around 3 years from now, but while opportunity knocks we will answer.

Syntroleum Corporation (Nasdaq:SYNM - News) owns a proprietary GTL process for converting natural gas as well as other materials like coal and petroleum coke into liquid hydrocarbons.

SYNM's current market cap is approaching 800 million on sales of less than 20 million annually. In their last earnings release they gave a small hint that sales may be light in the near future, by stating that orders will be higher than revenue due to prolonged planning by customers.

We have opened a small short at $13.60 and are looking for 2 points.

CPST beginning to fail

CPST beginning to fail at the $5 level. Seeing sell pressure as traders look to lock in profits. In reality, this is a 450 million market cap company with 17 million in sales.

I am also looking for the stock to be mentioned again on Cramer's show tonight, either by him or a call in guest. I think he will sway to a more conservative defensive posture now. While not part of the typical "Next Triple" post, this am we will be shorting some CPST on the Cramer hype. Last night CPST was mentioned on Cramer's TV show, Mad Money.

CPST has been on a run from the $.80 area to roughly $4.50 before the mention on TV.The stock began to show some weakness before the close of trading Monday. We will view this mention as a sell no the news type play and look for the gap up to fade.

We will keep a tight stop and cover the position on a break of $5.51. We are only looking to make $.30 on several thousand shares.

Nyer Medical (NYER) first on the list

Nyer Medical, symbol NYER, is the first on our "Next Triple" list. NYER is a small pharmacy chain located in the Boston area. The company generates right over 61 million in annual revenue and is profitable. There are currently right under 4 million shares outstanding, with a true float at right over 2 million. We say "true" because management owns right at 1 million shares. Around the Clock Partners, LP, a hedge fund, recently filed a 13G statement of ownership on the company.

Briefing .com recently circulated rumors of a takeover by CVS, which would seem appropriate as they made an offer for the company back in 2002 for 22 million. With the stock currently trading at a 11 million market cap, this could easily set the stock up for a double. We think, the offer will be higher than the previous 22 million as their revenue has increased by 30% since the previous offer, they have divested themself of money losing subsidiaries, and the founding CEO is set to retire. Mr. Nyer is nearing 80 years old and ready to cash out.

We think NYER could easily bring $7.50 in a takeover.
